Ambassadors will hear from the people involved in creating this wonderful new education facility, followed by a guided tour!

The brand new 'Clean Energy Education Hub' is a fantastic new facility for Redcar and Cleveland.

Ambassadors will hear from speakers who have been involved in the development of the new Hub and its activities going forward. Attendees will then get an exclusive tour of the facility. Time will also be allocated for networking, over breakfast refreshments, so you'll get chance to catch up with your ambassador colleagues!

The £3.2M hub at Redcar & Cleveland College will train students for careers in our growing green industries - so that they can directly benefit from jobs being created on our doorstep.

£2.4M for the project has come from the Government's Town Deal fund. Darren Winter, chair of the Redcar Town Deal Board, said of the project: “On behalf of the Town Deal Board, I am delighted that funds from the Town Deal has supported the build of the Clean Energy Education Hub, helping young people in their careers.”
