Find out about their business below!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Can you tell me about your organisation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In July 2023, we started LJC Architectural Design studio with a group of talented people in the Innovation Centre, Kirkleatham Business Park, focusing on quality of work and a passion for creativity after previously working with my father as G R Henderson Architectural Design. We felt our local knowledge and experience made us stand out from the crowd with our team already having thousands of projects in the area under our belt. I can ask someone to deal with a particular problem and it can already have been foreseen and dealt with before I ask. The work ethic in the studio makes it a fantastic place to work and makes me really proud of our team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the proudest achievement in your career?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are approached to do a lot of difficult and challenging projects, but designing a home for our client and receiving a hard fought for planning permission because it is of \u201coutstanding design\u201d quality makes me proud that I know my team is doing their job to the best of their abilities to assist me. It provides a really interesting place to work in this field.
