About Skills for Growth

Led by Tees Valley Business, Skills for Growth is a fully funded resource for Tees Valley SMEs, part funded by the European Social Fund. It offers free and impartial advice and guidance to support employers to upskill their existing workforce by identifying their current and future skills gaps and training needs, and by acting as a brokerage service to the training provider network.

Working in partnership with Teesside University, the project is also taking a proactive research approach to help shape and inform future training and development provision for SME’s across the Tees Valley and sharing this information via a series of business sector events, including this one.”
