Digital Enhancement Grant

Funded by Anglo American and administered by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, the Digital Enhancement Grant is designed to support sustainable micro, small and medium sized businesses based in Redcar and Cleveland who are seeking to enhance their business through investment in digital focused projects and have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic.

This could include (but is not limited to):

  • creating a digital presence
  • accessing professional guidance on how to better manage your current digital presence
  • introducing a digital presence/solution to your business. Examples could include a purchase of a payment card reader or creation of an e-commerce website

Each case will be determined in its own right, according to each business’ circumstances and an assessment of value for money. The grant award can range from between £100 – £1500.

The application window for the first phase of the Digital Enhancement Grant has now closed. Applications submitted will now be reviewed and those who have applied will be contacted.

Information regarding the second phase of the Digital Enhancement Grant will be available in due course and will be published on this webpage.
