Council Procurement Opportunities

Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council offer a wide range of procurement opportunities, spending in excess of £130m per annum with external providers. These procurement requirements are diverse and wide ranging, from stationery to the construction of new buildings.

Home Care Support FrameworkRedcar & Cleveland Borough Council invite tenders from organisations who wish to be included on a Home Care Support framework. The framework consists of a provision within Redcar and Cleveland for Services to be provided to customers in their own homes who will be young people (16 years and over) and adults who have been assessed by the Council or the Clinical Commissioning Group as being eligible to receive care and/or support. Customers will have a range of needs, dependent on the level of their illness, disability, or frailty. There is no typical customer as needs may be very diverse with a great variety of complexity and services should reflect this.
