The day will consist of entertainment, activities and workshops that will interest and engage with all ages.

You can expect to see music and dance performances from our very talented local youth who have been working hard participating in the workshops Tuned In! have been running throughout the summer holidays.

There will be performances from The Lipsticks, Redcar Phoenix Community Juvenile Marching Band and The Jovial Pierrot Troupe. Kirkleatham Owl Centre will be bringing along some of their magnificent birds and furry creatures, workshops will include kite making and minibeast boxes.

There will be characters to meet and greet, decorations and props throughout the park.

The lovely boathouse cafe “Food at Locke park” will be open with a vast range of refreshments and the pedalos and rowing boats will be in dock waiting for you to take them out.

Come along and enjoy some traditional fun in the sun, be a part of Redcar Live 2019!
