DESCRIPTION:Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council in partnership with New Marske Harriers have secured the start fitness North of England men’s 12 stage & women’s 6 stage road relay championships 2023 & under 17 & under 15 5k road race championships. \nTeams from as far away as the Scottish Border through to Lancashire will do battle to qualify for the national relay championships which are due to take place in Birmingham later in the spring. \nRacing will take place on Saturday 1st April – more information can be found here – https://www.northernathletics.co.uk/

DESCRIPTION:Make your way along the trail and find nature-inspired activities for the whole family. There are 10 trail points to find along the way\, from wheelbarrow racing to egg and spoon racing\, rubbings and the artist space. The trail takes place between Saturday 1 – Sunday 16 April\, from 10.30am to 4pm\, with last entry at 3pm\, so come along and explore the beautiful garden at Ormesby Hall. \nThe price of the trail is £2 per child and includes a trail map\, pencil and a chocolate egg at the end. Normal admission applies.

With a smartphone attached to your handlebars\, discover heartfelt stories told by people around the world. Take time to reflect on the people and moments in your life that mean the most while you ride. Then decide whether to leave behind a story of your own. \nRider Spoke is created by the award winning\, internationally acclaimed Blast Theory and has been presented at over 30 locations around the world including Adelaide\, Madrid\, Copenhagen\, Athens and London. \nEverything you need to take part is provided\, including a smartphone\, bike and safety equipment. Non-cyclists can take part on foot\, in a wheelchair or a mobility scooter.
