Saltburn Studios have 15 studio spaces which are occupied by 17 artists and makers. There is a wide range of artistic disciplines being practiced in the studios including photography, website design, felt making, painting, costume design, mosaics, sculpture, surface design, ceramics and glass making. The artists form a thriving artistic community. The aim is to create an inspirational environment for artists, curators, educationalists and the community.

The range of different artistic disciplines being practiced in the studios means that it is an exciting and creative place to work.

They have a number of Open Studio events throughout the year, our artists also run regular workshops.

There is a gallery at the front of the Studio complex which has regular exhibitions showcasing the Studio Artists' work.

The Studio Artists run the Gallery on a volunteer basis, opening every weekend from 12 noon until 4pm.
