Founded in 1119 the dramatic ruins of Gisborough Priory, the remains of 14th<\/sup> \u2013century church stands guard over the town of Guisborough and gives a taste of what a masterpiece of decorated gothic architecture the Priory must have been. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Priory and tranquil woodland gardens are a relaxing sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Westgate and play host to a programme of family events and musical performances throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission to the ground is free, however some events may require tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
