These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase, as purchase of Tickets constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a315.00 for 2 adults and 1 child this price includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a32.50 per adult &#8211; Includes return ride on the tramway.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a310.00 child (2 &#8211; 16) &#8211; Includes grotto visit, gift and a return ride on the tramway.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a310.00 for each additional child (2-16) to the max of 3 which includes &#8211; grotto visit, gift and a return ride on the tramway.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Size of Party<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the water-balanced operation of the Tramway, group numbers per slot to visit Santa are restricted.<\/p>\n<p>Each session in the Grotto at Saltburn Tramway can accommodation a maximum of<\/p>\n<p>3 Children between 2 years \u2013 16 years<\/p>\n<p>2 Adults<\/p>\n<p>2 under 2 years<\/p>\n<p>Each session in the Grotto at Saltburn Tramway can accommodate a minimum of<\/p>\n<p>1 Child \u2013 2 years \u2013 16 years<\/p>\n<p>1 Adult.<\/p>\n<p>If your party exceeds the maximum please book multiple slots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable <strong>except when an event is cancelled<\/strong>. If a refund has been agreed, please be aware that we are unable to give cash refunds.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resale\/use of Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may not re-sell or transfer a ticket, we reserve the right to decline permission at our discretion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Age &amp; suitability guidance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An adult must accompany all children.
