Can you tell me about your organisation?  

A Time 4 You Psychological Services is a dedicated Community Interest Company that specialises in supporting children, young people, families, and adults in Redcar and Cleveland. Our team comprises of experienced counsellors and mental health professionals who are passionately committed to providing tailored counselling and therapy services to help individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and enhance their mental well-being. A Time 4 You Psychological Services was founded in 2010 by Sandra Bell, a respected counsellor with a deep understanding of working with children, young people, families, and adults. Our company is strategically located in Redcar and Cleveland, enabling us to serve and support the diverse needs of individuals and families in the local community effectively.

What is the best thing about your organisation? 

The best thing about A Time 4 You, is the positive impact we create in the lives of children, young people, families, and adults. We take pride in our client-centred approach, which ensures that every individual receives the personalised support they need to thrive. Our commitment to fostering a safe, empathetic, and encouraging environment for our clients is paramount, and we are dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages to achieve mental wellness and resilience.

What is the proudest achievement in your career?

Our most exceptional achievement is the transformation we witness in the lives of the children, young people, families, and adults who seek our support. By providing compassionate and effective psychological services, we have helped countless individuals overcome personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and lead happier, more fulfilling lives. What are you looking forward to in the next 12 months?

In the forthcoming year, we are excited to further expand our services and outreach initiatives to better support children, young people, families, and adults in Redcar and Cleveland. We continue to collaborate with schools, mental health organisations, and community groups to raise awareness about mental wellness and provide accessible resources for individuals and families seeking assistance.
