ATTENDING AS A DELEGATE
If you don’t wish to exhibit at the event, all ambassadors are invited to attend and get these benefits:
- The event is FREE to attend as a delegate (the event is ‘Ambassador’ only).
- The chance to meet and network with up to 40 exhibitors.
- Hear from some engaging and informative speakers.
- Develop relationships with other Redcar and Cleveland organisations.
- Network with local colleagues and make new connections.

CATERING
We will be providing a light breakfast service, and a further round of drinks refreshments late morning. The cafe will be available for delegates to purchase additional food or drink. If you have any particular dietary requirements please email ambassadors@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk.
WALLED GARDEN ACCESS
All delegates will receive a free ticket to access the beautiful Walled Garden. Horticultural staff will be on hand to talk to people about the garden features.



ACCESS AND PARKING
Parking is free for all attendees and for those who are booking an exhibition stand, you can have access between 2pm and 4pm on Wednesday 15 September, or 8:30am to 9am on the day of the event to set your space up.
By Car
Accessible from all directions, Kirkleatham Walled Garden can be reached from the A174 Parkway. The main routes to the A174 are the A19 North from York and the South from Newcastle.
The A171 runs North-West from Scarborough to Guisborough linking to the A174 by the B1269. Car parking is free and is available within the grounds.
By Train
The closest train station to Kirkleatham Walled Garden is Redcar Central. This station is serviced regularly by the Northern Rail service from Bishop Auckland to Saltburn.
By Bus
Arriva North-East service Kirkleatham with the services 81, 81A, 63 and 64.
