Don’t just take our word for it! Check out the fantastic feedback below from exhibitors and delegates at last year’s Showcase event at Kirkleatham Walled Garden!
From what I saw, today was a huge success. Well done on making something which takes a great deal of effort to put on, into an event which was well attended and very much appreciated.
I just wanted to drop you an email on delivering such a brilliant event and say a big congrats and well done. It had such a great atmosphere and people seemed to be having a lovely time. I wish I could have stayed longer as it was lovely to see people in real life.
A fantastic day we had today.
Just wanted to drop you note to say thank you for the opportunity to network with some key business within the Redcar and Cleveland borough, we had some very positive feedback so a very positive day.
Just sending a quick message to say “well done”! Today’s Ambassador event was a great credit to all your hard work. I was really impressed with the number stands and it was great to see so many people attending. There was a real “buzz” about the event.
What a lovely morning I had today! Beautiful venue, interesting speakers and a good range of stands / people to meet.
Well done on a brilliant event. I very much enjoyed it from a ‘delegate’ point of view – made some really useful contacts and learned so much about the businesses/area as well.
It was a great event and very well planned and a pleasure to be involved.
Proud to be a part of Redcar and Cleveland. A good day had by all.
It was a really great event. Everything was so smooth and flowed really nicely too. Well done to everyone involved.
We were delighted to attend and sponsor the first Redcar | Cleveland Ambassador Showcase. It was a delight to connect with so many like-minded people all working together for the greater good of the area and communities we live and work in. We are excited to see what opportunities such collaboration can bring in the future. Beyond Housing.
The Ambassador Showcase was a great opportunity to share the story of the East Cleveland Scarecrow Festival with other community groups and businesses. Many groups were keen to join in and businesses were keen to support it. All good news for the Scarecrows and indeed the residents of Redcar and Cleveland. Denise Nesbitt, Co-ordinator East Cleveland Scarecrow Festival
It was a wonderful Showcase event, an excellent venue at the Kirkleatham Walled Garden and the best of Redcar & Cleveland all round.
A brilliant event providing networking space for local business and residents and a great opportunity to celebrate the mighty Redcar community.
After months of being unable to ‘feel’ the energy and optimism of our business community in Redcar and Cleveland, it was a real tonic to meet existing and new colleagues amidst such lovely premises and surroundings. More events like this will raise spirits and create further confidence in our area.
It was a fantastic event. I definitely think an annual event would be amazing.
A really great first showcase – lots of energy and enthusiasm as well as the right amount of professionalism.
Well organised and was great to see people in person and make new contacts.
Huge well done to the other panellists, some fantastic answers and memories shared. The event was excellent, I am super excited for the next one!
Excellent event, well organised, excellent local venue. Well done.
Just to say what a great event last week was at the R & C Ambassadors event, including the venue, public speakers and catering. It was lovely hearing good positive stories about Redcar & Cleveland.

What it does: This cookie is used by the Wordfence firewall to perform a capability check of the current user before WordPress has been loaded.
Who gets this cookie: This is only set for users that are able to log into WordPress.
How this cookie helps: This cookie allows the Wordfence firewall to detect logged in users and allow them increased access. It also allows Wordfence to detect non-logged in users and restrict their access to secure areas. The cookie also lets the firewall know what level of access a visitor has to help the firewall make smart decisions about who to allow and who to block.

What it does: This cookie is used to notify the Wordfence admin when an administrator logs in from a new device or location.
Who gets this cookie: This is only set for administrators.
How this cookie helps: This cookie helps site owners know whether there has been an admin login from a new device or location.
wfCBLBypass
What it does: Wordfence offers a feature for a site visitor to bypass country blocking by accessing a hidden URL. This cookie helps track who should be allowed to bypass country blocking.
Who gets this cookie: When a hidden URL defined by the site admin is visited, this cookie is set to verify the user can access the site from a country restricted through country blocking. This will be set for anyone who knows the URL that allows bypass of standard country blocking. This cookie is not set for anyone who does not know the hidden URL to bypass country blocking.
How this cookie helps: This cookie gives site owners a way to allow certain users from blocked countries, even though their country has been blocked.
