Lloyds Bank Tour of Britain returns to the Tees Valley this September!
Some of the world’s top cyclists are returning to Redcar and Cleveland on 4 September for the second stage of another adrenaline-filled competition, the Tour of Britain, which will take them from Darlington to the finish line in Redcar.
Starting from the clock tower in Darlington, the cyclists will head through Yarm and Stokesley, go through the North York Moors National Park and take to Loftus and Brotton after climbing the Lythe Bank. The finishing circuit will see the cyclists going up Saltburn Bank twice which will be the final ascent before the exciting finish along Redcar Seafront.

To set up your account:

2. Click register and complete the form
3. An email will be sent to the Visit Tees Valley team to activate your account
4. Once approved, you will be able to log in and submit a new listing which will fall under one of the following categories; Things to See & Do, Where to Stay, Eat & Drink or What’s On
If you have any issues with your account, please email visit@teesvalley-ca.gov.uk and member the team will help you out.
If you already had an account and listing on their old Enjoy Tees Valley site, the process for you to reclaim your old account is as follows:
1. Visit the link here - https://teesvalley-ca.gov.uk/visit/my-account/
2. Use the ‘Forgot password option’
3. An email should be sent with a link to reset password; follow this to do so.
4. Once logged in you will be able to submit a new listing which will fall under one of the following categories; Things to See & Do, Where to Stay, Eat & Drink or What’s On
If you follow the above process and your listing is not showing in your account, please email visit@teesvalley-ca.gov.uk and a member of the team will assist you further.
Due to road closures, we advise businesses to arrange for deliveries either before or after the event to avoid disruption. Information on road closures is available here.
