Opening Times and Prices

Opening times for 2026 - 2027

28th August - 31st August 2026
Open Daily | 10.30 AM to 6 PM.
The last tram departs at 5.55pm.

1st September – 31st October 2026
Open Daily | 10.30 AM to 5 PM.
The last tram departs at 4.55pm.

1st November – 3rd January 2027 * Closed Christmas Day
Open Daily | 10.30 AM to 4 PM.
The last tram departs at 3.55pm.

Tickets and Fares

Tickets can be purchased in the Lower Station either before or after you travel, we do accept cash but card is our preferred method of payment.

Single Fares (up or down one-way)

Adults: £2.10

Child (4-15 years inclusive): £1.50

Family Ticket (2 adults and 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children): £6.30

Children aged 3 and under: FREE

Dogs: 20p

Bicycles: 20p

Annual Pass

If you visit regularly, you can choose an Annual Pass which entitles the named holder to unlimited travel for 12 months from the date of issue - A great option if you are a frequent visitor.

Adult: £34.10

Child (4-15 years inclusive): £27.00

Family (2 adults and 3 children or 1 adult and 4 children): £110.00

Annual Passes can be purchased in person only from the Saltburn Cliff Tramway.

Please note annual passes are not valid for Santa's Grotto or any other special themed events that maybe held at the Saltburn Cliff Tramway. Full terms and condition are available here.

We welcome coach parties and school groups but recommend booking in advance.
