? Welsh Winter Weather Warmer
Today’s Midweek Recipe has been kindly gifted by the fabulous chef, Nick from @thespahotel, Saltburn.
Nick has gone back to his welsh heritage and given us a real winter warmer, just what we need on these cold snowy days. (Scroll along the photos for the ingredients and method).
? A little bit about The Spa..
⭐ A fab family run hotel with glorious panoramic views of Huntcliff, the North Sea and beautiful surrounding countryside.
⭐ The Spa is a super accommodating place, welcoming families, couples, surfers, dog walkers, you name it…
⭐ AMAZING food! Including one of the best Sunday lunches around!
⭐ WONDERFUL range of drinks, I’ve sampled a fair few of these!
⭐ Spacious rooms, free wifi and onsite parking. It is a great place for an overnight stay for visiting friends/family (when they can).
⭐ It’s also a dreamy wedding venue!
? Finally, you can’t talk about the The Spa and not mention the luxurious @amberrooms who have you covered from facials to foot soaks, manicures to massages and everything in between.
