‘Capturing Christmas’ in Redcar and Cleveland, photography competition

Our latest ‘snappy contest’ is all about ‘festive photos’!

We’re looking for photos that showcase Christmas in Redcar and Cleveland, so this is a perfect opportunity to get out in the winter air and get some pictures of everything to do with the festive season – this could be Christmas lights and trees across our town centres, winter scenes of snow and ice, residents’ displays outside homes, Christmas events, carol singing, nativity displays or anything else that shouts Christmas in Redcar and Cleveland!

To give you some ideas and inspiration of when you could get snapping, here’s the Christmas events page with all the details.

Although a big reason for doing this competition is to showcase our wonderful place through these images, there are also great prizes to be won!

PRIZE – our first prize is dinner, bed and breakfast for two at the beautiful Gisborough Hall Hotel!

Entries are open until Wednesday 21 December. We intend to use the best images in future Christmas promotions. We look forward to seeing your festive entries!
