Today’s Behind the Scenes is with The Vault Kitchen & Bar who are based in Marske.
A superb restaurant who have adapted their business to serve customers with restaurant quality food for collection or delivery (location dependent). What to expect from The Vault?

? The Vault are currently working on exciting new cocktail recipes & a new bistro menu, which includes some beautiful tapas dishes.
?? There’s new funky artwork and a revamp of the restaurant, along with their recent planning application being approved for an extended decking & seating area outside!
I for one, cannot wait to visit, especially sitting outside in the summer, eating tapas and sipping an ice-cold cocktail..
