This week, I’ve mixed it up and gone for a recommendation and what better way to start, than with a lovely walk over to Loftus to sample Willow Cake Shop, and my word, I was not disappointed.
⭐ I had a warm greeting from the lovely ladies, it had been a super busy day for them, as there wasn’t much of the delightful smelling baked goods left. Nevertheless, I purchased a sausage roll with red onion (for the walk home), two corned beef pasties (one for Daniel) and an Easter chocolate brownie, all of which was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced! ?
With the school holidays approaching next week, this could be a great pit stop for lunchtime snacks whilst having a good old walk through the woods.
⭐ Opening hours are Wednesday – Friday, 10am-4pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.
My top tip… Perhaps get there a little earlier than I did.
