Redcar | Cleveland photography competition

Redcar and Cleveland Visual Border

Thank you for the interest in our first Redcar | Cleveland place photography competition. The competition is now closed and we’ve had a fantastic response, with close to 250 entries submitted!

The entries cover everything that we hoped we’d get! They really do cover the competition brief – ‘what makes Redcar and Cleveland unique’ – what makes us stand out from the crowd and be distinctive? We now have the incredibly difficult (but quite pleasant!) task of going through all the entries and doing our best to pick out a winner.

Although a big reason for doing this competition is to showcase, share and promote our wonderful place to the world, through these new images, the lucky winner will win a fantastic prize – an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast for 2 guests at Gisborough Hall. The Chair of the Redcar | Cleveland Place Board will choose the ultimate winner, who will be notified soon. We intend to use many of the images in future promotions showcasing Redcar and Cleveland as a great place to live, enjoy and do business. Thank you again to all those people who took the time to enter the competition!
