Booking an Exhibition Stand

BOOKING AN EXHIBITION STAND

We hope you’ll book an exhibition stand at the event. This is your chance to show fellow ambassadors what you do. Each stand costs just £50 (plus booking fee), and you’ll receive:

  • A table to display your marketing materials or products (either 6ft trestle or 2.5ft square).
  • Space to display up to two 80cm wide pull-up banners.
  • Free parking.
  • Access to set up your space on the afternoon before the event.

Benefits of being an exhibitor:

  • You’ll be able to showcase your organisation to up to 300 attendees, and online, via digital platforms
  • You can promote and present your services and products on the stand
  • Your stand/display will be photographed and be promoted on social media and the place website
  • You will be part of the ‘big Showcase’! We’ll shout about and photograph all of the exhibitors together, showing the diverse range of organisations we have in Redcar and Cleveland!

This event is an Ambassadors exclusive event – please email: ambassadors@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk for the booking details.
