Located deep in the North Yorkshire Moors, amongst nature, supporting your health and wellbeing. We come together as a community from all different locations in the UK to relearn how to nourish our body and souls.

As external pressures within society become more difficult to live within, we offer you an opportunity to learn techniques to help calm the mind, feel more centred and empowered within to help support you during the winter months.
