Pirate Play at Kirkleatham Museum

There’s so many things to do for families at Kirkleatham Museum and Grounds this February half-term, and amongst it all is an event programme jam-packed with pirate themed fun! Take a look at what’s in store below:

Crafts @ Kirkleatham – Tuesday 24th and Thursday 26th February

Show your creative side with a series of pirate themed arts and crafts

10am – 3pm each day, with a quiet hour for children and families with additional needs from 3pm – 4pm.

Please note that there is a small charge for each of the crafts ranging from £1.50 – £3.50

Pirate Adventure Trail

A series of pirate themed images have been hidden all around the museum for you to discover – can you find them all?

The trail is included in museum admission prices.

Pirate Play – Tuesday 24th February – Sunday 1st March

11am – 3pm each day

We’re thrilled to share that Hullabaloo Theatre’s Pirate Play has landed at Kirkleatham Museum and is ready to delight audiences! Expect swashbuckling fun and plenty of adventure for everyone aged 0-7 and their grown up shipmates to enjoy!

Pirate play session are in museum admission prices.

Pirate Show – Wednesday 25th February

Shows take place from 10am – 10.45am, 11am – 11.45am and 1pm – 1.45pm, with a session for children and families with additional needs at 2pm – 2.45pm.

Ever wanted to learn how to be a swash-buckling pirate and sail the seven seas? Pirates & Scallywags are here to help! With their fantastically fun show of comedy sketches, games, singing and dancing, they’ll have you ready to fit right in with their pirate crew in no time. And that’s not all – there will be costumes for the little ones to try on in front of a deserted island back drop which makes for a perfect photo opportunity to remember the day by.

Tickets are needed for children only, and can be booked here.
