Capture the beauty of 2024 in Redcar and Cleveland.

CALLING ALL PHOTOGRAPHY ENTHUSIASTS!

Here’s your chance to showcase the beauty, charm, and unique character of Redcar and Cleveland in our photography competition.

The theme of this competition is to showcase Redcar and Cleveland through photographs taken during 2024. Whether you’re an amateur photographer or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to showcase your skill behind the lens celebrating everything that makes our borough special – from vibrant events and iconic landmarks to the ever-changing weather, breathtaking scenery, and the inspiring stories that bring Redcar and Cleveland to life.

Not only do you have the chance to win a fabulous prize bundle, but all entries will be considered for feature in future Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council promotions and publications.

To enter the competition:

  1. Please submit your photograph (limited to one photograph per entrant) via email to enjoy@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk. All entries must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 31st January 2025. No entries will be accepted past this date.
  2. The winner will be selected by majority vote from a panel of council team members, from the submitted entries. The winner will be notified by email by no later than 4pm, Friday 7th February 2025.
  3. Whomever submits the winning photo will receive: 1 Single Annual Pass for Saltburn Cliff Tramway, 1 family ticket to one of Redcar and Cleveland’s 2025 outdoor theatre events and a featured image within the next Enjoy Redcar and Cleveland Visitor Guide.
  4. By submitting photographs to this competition, you confirm this is your own original work, and agree for Redcar and Cleveland Council to use these works in future promotions and publications.
