New Place Video launches!

We’re delighted to launch a new Redcar | Cleveland promotional video which was premiered at a special Ambassadors event at ‘The Regent’.

You can watch the video HERE! Sound on! – ‘From sunrise to sunset – Redcar and Cleveland has it all’

Richard Baker, Place Marketing Manager said “This short film showcases what’s unique about Redcar and Cleveland as a great place live, enjoy and visit. It features our beautiful ‘surf and turf’ environment – the sea, beaches and coastline, and our glorious countryside. We also spotlight our assets and attractions, from the ‘Land of Iron’ Museum at Skinningrove, to the new adventure golf at Coatham, Redcar, and lots in between! We love it, we hope you do too!”

The video has been produced by local video marketing company, Wander Films. Wander have Redcar and Cleveland in their heart. Their co-founder and CEO, Chloe Clover is from Redcar, and others in their team have close connections to our place.

Chloe Clover said “Wander was totally stoked to work on the Redcar and Cleveland Place video! Lou and I both live in Redcar and it’s also my hometown so it felt super special to be capturing the magic of our region and some of our favourite places. The final piece is something the whole team are really proud of, and we’re excited for everyone to see it!”

Dr. Angela Brockbank, Chair of the Redcar | Cleveland Place Board said “The Place Board oversees the work done to positively promote Redcar and Cleveland, and I’m delighted with this second video produced by Wander Films, which showcases how amazing our place is! The first video, released in April was about Redcar and Cleveland as a fantastic business investment location. This follow-up is about showing the world that you can have a wonderful time in Redcar and Cleveland, whether it’s to visit or to live here. I’d encourage everyone to share this video far and wide to help us get Redcar and Cleveland on people’s radar”.
