All aboard the most magical Christmas experience at Saltburn Cliff Tramway!

This year, one of our iconic trams will be transformed into Santa’s enchanted grotto, where your family can take a festive ride with Santa himself!  Each child will receive a special gift from Santa.

7th, 8th (relaxed sessions available), 14th (relaxed sessions available), 15th, 21st, 22nd (relaxed sessions available) , 23rd and 24th (relaxed sessions available) December 2024.

Terms & Conditions

All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase, as purchase of Tickets constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Prices

£15.00 for 2 adults and 1 child this price includes:

£2.50 per adult – Includes return ride on the tramway.

£10.00 child (2 – 16) – Includes grotto visit, gift and a return ride on the tramway.

£10.00 for each additional child (2-16) to the max of 3 which includes – grotto visit, gift and a return ride on the tramway.

Size of Party

Due to the water-balanced operation of the Tramway, group numbers per slot to visit Santa are restricted.

Each session in the Grotto at Saltburn Tramway can accommodation a maximum of

3 Children between 2 years – 16 years

2 Adults

2 under 2 years

Each session in the Grotto at Saltburn Tramway can accommodate a minimum of

1 Child – 2 years – 16 years

1 Adult.

If your party exceeds the maximum please book multiple slots.

Refunds

Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable except when an event is cancelled. If a refund has been agreed, please be aware that we are unable to give cash refunds.

Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Resale/use of Tickets

You may not re-sell or transfer a ticket, we reserve the right to decline permission at our discretion.

Age & suitability guidance

An adult must accompany all children. Under 24 months are FREE

Arrivals and Latecomers

Please arrive at the bottom station on the lower promenade at least 5 minutes before your booked timeslot.

Latecomers cannot be permitted, each 15-minute slot is exclusive to your visit.

Evidence of Ticket Purchase

We will be operating a ticketless admission, to help us stay green, there is no need to arrive with printed tickets we will have a copy of all booking names and booking references.
