The local volunteer lifeboat crew will be in and around Redcar town centre and seafront on Saturday 23rd August 2025. They will be celebrating the work of Redcar Lifeboat Station on their annual Lifeboat Day.
They aim to create a festival atmosphere with stalls and the emergency services as well as a lifeboat launch and demonstration at 3pm, all to help raise awareness of their work as a volunteer RNLI crew.
The money raised will go directly towards helping Redcar RNLI continue their critical work along Redcar’s wonderful coastline, river and beaches. This is your chance to help them with saving lives at sea.
