The Loftus Poultry Run (which involves humans, not chickens!) has been held just before Christmas for over 38 years, and now makes its return for 2025! A multi-terrain event approx. 7 miles along country lanes, bridleways and footpaths, it has built a reputation as one of the friendliest and most fun events on the North East racing calendar with costumes, a brass band and lots of camaraderie.

Who knows, with some generous prizes of Christmas fayre – including the eponymous poultry – it could be a handy way to stock your larder!

Registration opens at 9:30 at Loftus Leisure Centre (TS13 4RS).

Race numbers will be issued at Registration on the day. Please note there will be no entries on the day.
