Misha was born in Ukraine and moved to England aged 9. He has won 1st prize for solo piano at the Alderley Edge Music Festival and is studying with Paul Janes. Programme includes: Schubert - Sonata in A minor D.784. op.143 Chopin - Nocturne in E op 62 no. 2; Waltz in C# Op. 64 no. 2; Polonaise in F# minor Op. 44 Kapustin - Bagatelle op.59 no8 & Impromptu op66 no.2 Tickets are £7.50 and available from Tuned In!

Classical Cleveland – Kotryna Šiugždinytė & Philip Sharp

Kotryna and Philip performed for Classical Cleveland in 2018 generating a huge and appreciative audience response. We are delighted to welcome their return. Kotryna Šiugždinytė is described as a natural performer. During 2018, as part of the EU Erasmus programme, Kotryna studied at the Conservatoire National Superior de Musique in Lyon, France, where she enjoyed a busy concert life. Glaswegian, Philip Sharp has performed in Padua at the ‘Festival Pianistico Bartolomeo Cristofori’ and at St John’s, Smith Square, St Martin-in-the-Fields.…

The Redcar Sprint Triathlon returns for another year with its continuous swimming, cycling and running race over the recognised sprint distance of 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5k run.
