Pioneer Group has revealed plans to build a manufacturing, laboratory and office development within Teesside Freeport.
The company, which owns the Wilton Centre, is looking to construct five buildings that would accommodate around 500 employees. Another 100 would work in a separate incubator hub offering ‘plug and play’ laboratories as well as offices for start-ups.
