Cleveland Institution of Engineers: Balancing Resource Efficiency and Climate Change

23rd May 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join the Cleveland Institution of Engineers for their May lecture with Dr Graham Hillier at the Materials Processing Institute.

In this talk, they will look at the role that resource efficiency has to play in the reduction of carbon emissions and limiting the impact of climate change. It discusses how new technology can only be a part of the solution for a more sustainable future and looks at the impact we can have through better application of existing approaches. It finishes by looking how changes in behaviour and approaches to system design can reduce the impact we have on the environment.

Please look at –>  Contact Us – Materials Processing Institute (mpiuk.com)  for directions.  When you get there, please use the entrance marked “Fitzgerald Suite”.

If you cannot make the lecture in person, there will be a live stream made available.
