Excerpt from Eventbrite.
“Our events are open to Chamber members only. If you’re not a member and would like to attend, or discuss the benefits of membership, please email: your@neechamber.co.uk.
Join us for the next Middlesbrough/Redcar Area Meeting on Thursday 5 October at 9:30 in the Mandela room at Middlesbrough town hall.
At the event there will be an opportunity to hear from Councillor Chris Cooke, leader of Middlesbrough Council about the important work of the Council in Middlesbrough and the important role played by businesses in the area.
There will also be an update from the Chamber and the opportunity to hear from other Members on the overall state of trade in the area.
This Area Meeting is a Middlesbrough and Redcar area focused policy forum discussing local business conditions and support for the area.
Who should attend?
Anyone with a business or interest in the developments within the area. Chamber Area Meetings are area-focused policy forums and events that help keep you up to date on developments, opportunities and business news in your local area through key speakers such as your local politicians and authorities.
Through our state of trade section, businesses will share details on how the business is faring, successes and challenges they may be facing. This provides the opportunity for the Chamber to campaign on behalf of our members, and businesses to collaborate to overcome challenges and give input to and engage with key stakeholders.
Only one representative should attend from any single organisation
Dress code: We don’t stipulate a dress code at our events, but we’d recommend you dress like you’re going to meet new clients. The most important this is that you’re comfortable.
Behaviour & Conduct: Our events create an inclusive space for individuals and organisations to meet where we expect all our attendees to behave with courtesy and respect, to both each other and Chamber colleagues.”
