April 25 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Excerpt from Eventbrite.
“Businesses who utilise and work on the River Tees will be the focus of a panel discussion at a forthcoming Tees Business Live event – with delegates urged to sign up fast to secure their seat.
Taking place 11am-1pm on Thursday, April 25, Middlesbrough FC’s Legends Lounge in the Riverside Stadium will be the fitting venue for a discussion titled ‘The River Tees – keeping our economy flowing’.
Organised by Tees Business, the event is being sponsored by Elite Consult Group, a specialist maritime and shipping recruitment business.
Event sponsor Elite Consult is an exclusive recruitment partner to the buoyant maritime and shipping sectors.
The firm manages hiring projects from entry to board level, working across the shipping sphere with ports, terminals, marine services and logistics businesses.
Although Elite has national coverage, and deal with senior leadership roles globally, the firm says “the heart of our business is now and always will be in Teesside.”
Managing director Emma Cranie said: “The forthcoming river users event will just be a phenomenal opportunity to hear real and current views of the marine landscape from a collective of key Tees-based people.
“Having collaborated with every panel business, we are proud to sponsor the event and look forward to seeing as many of you as possible there.”
Panellists for the event include:
• Craig Garbutt, Navigator Terminals
• Jerry Hopkinson, PD Ports
• Nikki Sayer, Casper Customs
• Matthew Ord, LV Logistics
The event starts with networking over tea and coffee from 11am, followed by words from Tees Business and event sponsor Elite Consult before a Q&A with members of the expert panel.
There will be an opportunity for more networking before departures at 1pm.”
