Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council owns and manages an extensive property portfolio throughout the Borough and seeks to ensure that portfolio is managed to achieve best value in delivering services for our residents. We are also actively involved in the regeneration of the Borough and as part of these activities we will have properties which are either available for sale or to rent.
