“Energi Coast is a leading offshore wind cluster that has proudly been at the forefront of innovation, since the inception of the sector. Following the launch of the Innovation Group in September 2020 a number of informative and well-attended events have taken place.
Two of the UK’s largest Catapult Centres, the High Value Manufacturing Catapult (HVMC) and the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (OREC) are currently entering a new phase of collaborative engagement. The aim of this half-day event is to showcase past successes of industry engagement with these Catapult Centres that are relevant to the North East of England Region, and to highlight the routes by which organisations can engage with the Centres to create new collaborations.
Energi Coast wants to encourage discussion within the cluster to further strengthen the regions engagement with these Catapult Centres. Energi Coast’s ultimate aim is to support the development of company led projects to address innovation needs in the North East Region, facilitate business growth and help to maximise the economic benefit.
