Tees Valley Local Growth Plan Engagement: Growth and Regeneration

“The Tees Valley Combined Authority and our constituent Local Authorities are currently working with key local stakeholders to develop the Tees Valley Local Growth Plan (LGP). The LGP provides a 10-year strategic framework for inclusive regional growth, setting out its economic vision and identifying Tees Valley’s sector strengths.
Work undertaken on the LGP to date has resulted in five High-Level Local Growth Priorities being identified, including creating the environment for growth and accelerate regeneration of our communities making Tees Valley an attractive place to live, work and invest.
The Combined Authority has appointed a team from Lichfields, a specialist planning and economic development consultancy, to lead a series of engagement events to discuss the range and type of potential interventions that could help unlock the opportunities presented by these Local Growth Priorities.
You are invited to participate in the workshop on Thursday 9 October at Teesworks Skills Academy. It will be held between 14:00 and 16:30, taking the form of a presentation followed by a series of structured discussion groups where you will have the chance to contribute to this priority area. ”
