The programme is again fully-funded* and has been designed with members of the VCSE sector. Management Catalyst is a three-month fully-funded* programme is aimed at middle and aspiring managers of SMEs and social enterprises within the Tees Valley.
This programme begins in November and will encourage and support the development of:
• Self-awareness
• Commercial awareness
• Smarter thinking
• Leadership and management skills
Management Catalyst begins with an Overnight Residential and includes three full-day work shops, two Business Scrums and five hours of one-to-one business coaching.
This taster session will give you a chance to find out more about the programmes and ask any questions you may have.
All programme sessions combine both formal (i.e. taught) learning and informal learning, allowing for a high level of interaction between the delegate and the Leadership Forge team but most importantly between the delegate and their fellow cohort members.
The richness and diversity of the combined knowledge and experience of the cohort is truly one of the programme’s strengths. There is a strong emphasis on reflection and reflective learning over the course of the programme. The delegate will be encouraged to take away actions, to implement new ideas into their business and reflect on these, before sharing their experiences with their peers during the next session.
*The Programmes are funded by the European Regional Development Fund (*ERDF). Funding criteria applies, please contact us for more details.”
