Recognising and addressing post lockdown anxiety

23rd September 2020 – Trainer: Bridget Woodhead

We’ve all spent months in lockdown and dreamed of when we can get out and see our family and friends, go out for a meal or a coffee, or fly away to sunnier climes again.

But now that lockdown is easing and we are slowly getting some of our freedoms back, is there a part of you that feels nervous about what post Covid-19 life might look like?

The situation is not hopeless; we can take it in to our own hands. Why not spend an hour with us to find ways to help you feel safe and in control whilst enjoying the things you love.

This session is suitable for all business owners, managers and staff.
