Saltburn Cliff Tramway

Unfortunately, due to a recent fire, the Tramway is currently closed.

Due to the Tramways historic significance, it is listed as a Grade II structure, meaning we had to get special planning permission before repair works could get started, which was granted on 1 May 2024.

Repairs are underway to restore this much-loved attraction and our teams are continuing to work hard to ensure the Tramway reopens as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
