Delivered online over two afternoon sessions, this highly interactive workshop will equip you with the knowledge you need to take your initial concept through to the execution of a fully functional app.
Phil Veal, director of the digital media consultancy – Silbo, will guide you through the key stages of developing a mobile app. Through an expert overview you’ll find out the pros and cons of different building methods, the range of platforms available, central concepts and the criteria for what makes an app a success.
You’ll gain a better understanding on key topics including:
- What constitutes a mobile application?
- The principles behind device-specific functionality
- The process of user interface design and why it is an essential part of the process
- How apps are optimised for different devices
