Tees Business LIVE

11th May 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Excerpt from Eventbrite

“A unique Tees Business Live event at Acklam Hall which will feature the first four Tees Businesswomen of the Year take part in a panel discussion promoting the Power of Women campaign.

Reigning Tees Businesswoman of the Year Chloe Clover will be joined on the panel by her predecessors Claire Preston, Sharon Lane and Jane Armitage for a special event sponsored by Learning Curve Group.

Tees Business is organising the lunchtime networking event on Wednesday May 11, 12-2pm, while there will be short speeches from representatives of the Power of Women and event sponsors Learning Curve Group.

It will be the first time all four winners of the Tees Businesswoman of the Year award will have been together for a public discussion.

They will be discussing the important role of the Power of Women campaign.

With entries and nominations for this year’s Tees Businesswomen Awards set to open, it will also be a chance to talk about some of the impact of the annual awards event.

Tees Business director Dave Allan, who is also a director of the Power of Women campaign, said: “This promises to be a special event focused on equality. We’re delighted that Claire, Sharon, Jane and Chloe have all agreed to join us.

“Taking place in the beautiful surroundings of Acklam Hall – Middlesbrough’s only Grade II listed building – I’m sure spaces will be snapped up quickly so would advise everyone to act fast to reserve their seats.”

A buffet and refreshments will be served on arrival from 12 midday, with formalities set to get underway around 12.30pm.”
