The 3rd Way of Innovation – Creating your own innovation pathway
Extract from event advert
“Innovation is something that every company should do as a matter of course, whether that’s innovating on their products, their services, or even the way they manage their customer relationships.
But it’s not an easy thing to do – you might make lots of very small improvements that cause you to miss the bigger picture and stifle creativity, but then there’s the risk of launching something completely new that the market is just not ready for.
But there’s a third way, that’s used by some of the biggest and most successful companies in the world, including Apple, Guiness and Lego.
And now you, if you come along to this workshop where we’ll be explaining the principles behind this 3rd way, and guiding you through the process of implementing it in your business.
We’ll be using the Lego Serious Play methodology, which has been key to the success of Lego themselves over the last 25 years, as well as hundreds of organisations around the world including Google, Microsoft, Nasa and Unilever.
You’ll be working alongside other businesses, but focusing very much on your own challenges and aspirations. And do bring along another member of the team.”
