Erika Marshall – Marketing & Communications Manager, Nifco UK

Erika is a fully qualified marketing professional with more than 10 years’ experience of in her discipline across industrial, manufacturing and engineering sectors. She has a passion for branding and publicity but also loves to understand the mechanics of ‘how stuff works’ – which is what brought her to Nifco after keeping an eye on the company for a number of years. Erika enjoys being happy and meeting people – a great combination for someone in communications.

Aimee Muirhead – Client Partnership Director, Narrative Communications

Aimee specialises in marketing strategy, planning and evaluation with a decade of experience working across a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, higher education, utilities, professional services and hospitality. Accredited and qualified by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Institute and Google Squared, Aimee has an excellent grounding in theory across the marketing mix complemented by the implementation of up-to-date tools and evaluation methods for Narrative’s clients. She believes that marketing should be planned with science, implemented with creativity and analysed with maths! Miss one, and you could miss a lot!

Jessica Williams, Founder, JustWilliams

Jessica focuses on the key issue many businesses face, of how to increase sales consistently and effectively. She has worked in the sales industry for over 12 years, across a broad range of sectors, advising, managing and growing organisations through effectively implementing a structured sales strategy and developing relationships for long term growth. Through working with businesses to achieve enhanced lead generation, understanding the barriers and addressing the impact of current sales performance against targeted growth, she is able to review your current strategy and offer advice and guidance for the coming financial year ahead.

Mike Lever – International Speaker, Coach, NED and Sales Trainer of the Year

Tap into Mike’s FTSE100 senior management background. He has 25+ years’ sales enablement experience and more than 20 years in training & coaching. Mike designs, launches and leads corporate programmes for national and international clients, typically around sales, sales leadership and coaching. His own coaching clients range from sales managers to group chairman level.
Mike is particularly interested in the behavioural elements of development and sales from the clients’ angle. He is the 2013/14 British Sales Trainer of the Year.
