“Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills is designed to develop counselling skills, increase self-awareness and implement self-care. The course includes theory and practical sessions providing you realistic experiences to become a confident, skilled and professional helper.

The course structure is carefully crafted to increase your self-awareness, develop your ability to employ counselling skills responsibly, and encourage continuous personal development. Our 10 face-to-face days over 3 months program ensures a supportive learning environment where you will practice these skills through realistic scenarios.

What’s more, you will learn the importance of self-care, a vital element in your journey towards becoming a professional helper. You will be encouraged to reflect on your values, beliefs, and behaviours to foster growth, not only as a professional but also on a personal level.”
